  • Chicken thigh : 1 sheet
  • salt : 1/4 teaspoon

  • (A) Water : 100ml
  • Burdock : 1 (300g)
  • ginger : 1 piece
  • dried bonito : 4g
  • Sesame oil : moderate amount

Procedure

  1. 1) cut the burdock 02:15

    Wash the burdock root and scrape off the dirt with the back of a knife.
    Cut off the ends and slice diagonally into 5 mm wide slices.
