Ingredients
- Dashi stock : 150cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1/2
- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- しめじ : 1/4パック
- 長ネギ : 適量
- 三つ葉 : 適量
- Potato starch dissolved in sake : 適量
- 卵 : 2個
- ご飯 : 300g
- Matsutake mushroom flavored soup : 1 bag
- 刻み海苔 : 適量

Heat the rice in the microwave.
Remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms and loosen them with your hands.
Cut the green onions diagonally into small pieces.
Crack the eggs into a container and beat them until light. -

Add green onions and shimeji mushrooms and simmer.

Add salt to the pot and mix.
Once the shimeji mushrooms are cooked and boiling, add the sake-dissolved potato starch in small amounts, mix, and continue to cook. -

サラダ油(分量外)をひいて溶いた卵を入れて混ぜて半熟上にする。
