- (A) sugar : 1 and 1/3 tsp
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Shirodashi : 2 teaspoons
- (A) Liquor : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Mirin : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) dried bonito : 1g
- (A) Umami seasoning : 1振り
- ごはん : 200g

Procedure

Bring tofu and seasonings to a boil

Cut the tofu into 6 pieces and put them in the pan.
Add (A) and bring to a boil. -

Remove lid and cool for 5 minutes. -
