- Firm tofu : 320g
- (A) Katakuriko : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) dried bonito : 6g
- Salad oil : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- green onion : moderate amount
- Mentsuyu (4x concentrated) : 1 tablespoon

Throw away the water that comes out and cut it into 6 equal parts.

Point
