Ingredients

  • Pork belly (sliced meat) : 200g

  • (C)水 : 800ml
  • しょうゆ : 2 and 1/2 tablespoons
  • 卵 : 1個
  • ニラ : 1/2束
  • 塩こしょう : 適量
