- (A) Egg : 1個
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ3
- (A) Milk : 大さじ3

Wash sweet potatoes.
Peel off the skin and cut off both ends.
Cut to size.
Put it in a Tupperware and shake the water.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap and mash with a fork. -

Add unsalted butter to 1, mix and melt with residual heat.
Add (A) and mix.
Add hot cake mix and mix. -

Cover 2 with plastic wrap.
Heat in the microwave at 500W for 3 minutes. -

Point
・Sweet potato recipe that can be easily made in the microwave.
・Unsalted butter can be substituted with salted butter.
-Sugar may be replaced with other sweeteners.
・I use a Tupperware that is 12cm long, 17.5cm wide, and 6.5cm high that can be heated in a microwave.
・During step 2, be sure to mix the four corners and bottom of the Tupperware.
・During step 4, insert a bamboo skewer into the batter, and if the batter doesn't stick to the dough, it's ready.
・In step 4, if the dough is raw, heat it additionally in the microwave at 500W for 20 seconds.
・It becomes more delicious when chilled.
