- (A) Noodle soup : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Shavings : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
- 水(スープ用) : 350ml
- 生うどん : 1 bag
- 豚肉 : 70g
- 長ネギ : 1/3本
- 卵 : 1個

Point

・We use 3 times concentrated mentsuyu.
・If you don't have shavings, put the katsuobushi on a plate without wrapping it, heat it in the microwave at 600W for 50 seconds, and knead it with your hands.
・You can use boiled udon instead of raw udon.
・Use your favorite cut of pork.
・In the video, pork sesame meat is used, but if the pork is large, cut it into pieces that are easy to eat.
・By making caramel and adding it to the miso stewed udon, the aroma will come out and it will be more delicious.
・Do not make caramel in a clay pot.
