  • (B)水 : 小さじ4
  • 蕎麦(乾麺) : 100g

    沸騰したお湯(分量外)に蕎麦(乾麺)を入れ、表示の茹で時間の30秒前まで茹でる。
    ザルにあげて流水でよく洗いよく水気を切る。

Point

・Olive oil goes well with curry, but if you don't have it, you can use salad oil.
