Cut the spring onion in half lengthwise, then thinly slice diagonally.
Divide the silken tofu into 12 even pieces. -

大きめのフライパンに(A)を入れる。
鰹節を電子レンジで40秒加熱し、揉んで粉状にしたものを入れる。
絹豆腐を重ならないように並べ、火をつけて豆腐に出し汁をかけながら煮込む。
沸騰したら長ネギを煮汁に浸けるように入れ、更に煮る。
卵をよく溶き、少しずつフライパン全体に入れる。
蓋をして弱火で卵が半熟になるまで加熱したら完成。
