Ingredients
- thinly sliced pork belly : 200g
- 白菜 : 1〜2枚
- 絹ごし豆腐 : 1丁
- Sesame oil (for thinly sliced pork belly) : 大さじ1
- (A) Liquor : 大さじ2
- (A) Noodle soup : 大さじ4
- (A) water : 2カップ(400ml)
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量
- ごま油(ニンニク用) : 大さじ2
- garlic : 1〜2かけ
- green onion : 適量

Cut Chinese cabbage into 3-4 cm width.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -

Stir-fried thinly sliced pork belly

Heat sesame oil (for thinly sliced pork belly) in a pan.
Heat over medium heat and fry thinly sliced pork belly. -

Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Point
・The amount is for two people.
・I use 3-fold diluted mentsuyu, but if you use 2-fold diluted mentsuyu, use 6 tbsp.
・Cut the green onion into small pieces.
・In step 3, if the taste is light, add more mentsuyu.
・Water-soluble potato starch is made by mixing 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of water and potato starch.
・Use silken tofu after draining.
・By scooping the silken tofu with a spoon, the flavor will be absorbed more easily.
・Mince the garlic.
・If you like, you can finish with chili oil.
