Cut chicken thighs into large bite-sized pieces.
Slice the white leek diagonally and divide into ingredients and condiments.
Heat the frozen udon in a 600w microwave for 1 minute. -

Put sesame oil and white onion in a pan and fry.
Add grated ginger and fry.
Add chicken thighs and mix all together.
Add water, salted kelp and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
Add salt. -

Add 1 frozen udon noodles to 2 and simmer.
Serve on a plate and complete with 1 white leek for condiment.
Point
・If you want to reduce the amount of chicken thighs, add 1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder.
・Shironegi can be substituted with other flavored vegetables.
・After adding the grated ginger, stir-fry the white onion until it becomes fragrant.
・If you want to increase the amount of salted kelp, use 2 tablespoons (large serving) and add a small amount of salt.
・If you don't like ginger, you can make it without it.
・If you like, you can add chili pepper or chili oil.
