Ingredients
- cabbage : 1/2 ball (500g)
- 山芋 : 200g
- 干し海老 : 10g
- 卵 : 2個
- めんつゆ : 大さじ1と1/2〜2
- 水 : 110〜120ml
- 小麦粉 : 130g
- 和風だしの素 : 1.5g〜2g
- 豚バラ肉 : 200〜150g
- ソース : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量
- 青のり : 適量
- 辛子 : 適量
