Grate the onion and garlic.

Poke holes in steaks on both sides with a fork.
Pound the steak with the back of the knife.

Cover with plastic wrap so that it sticks tightly.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 1 hour. -

Add ponzu sauce and sugar to the grated garlic and onion and mix.
Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the butter and let it melt.
Add steak and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip it over, cook for 2 minutes and then serve on a plate.
Add the minced garlic and onion to a frying pan, bring to a boil and then place on top of the steak.
