Ingredients

  • milk chocolate : 200g
  • (A)水 : 50ml
  • (A)アールグレイの茶葉 : 4g
  • 生クリーム : 100ml
  • バター : 20g
  • ココアパウダー : 適量

Procedure

    小鍋に(A)を入れ、火をつけて弱めの中火で煮だす。
    生クリームを加え、沸騰しないように弱火で温める。

  3. 3) 溶かす 06:42

    2を金ザルで濾しながら別の鍋に移す。
    1とバターを加え、溶かしながらよく練る。
    バットにラップを敷き、チョコレート液を流し入れる。
    軽く持ち上げて落とすを数回繰り返し、空気を抜く。
    チョコレート液に当たらないようにラップをし、冷蔵庫で3時間冷やす。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 09:00

    Cut 3 into bite-sized pieces.
