  • ほうれん草 : 1株
  • 厚切りベーコン : 30g

  • マヨネーズ : 大さじ1/2

    ほうれん草を水洗いし、水分を拭き取る。
    根を切り落とし、3cm幅に切る。

    ミニトマトのヘタを取り、半分に切る。
    玉ねぎをみじん切りにする。
