Boil water in a pot, add udon and boil for 2 minutes.

Add crab sticks to 1 and boil.

Place the mentaiko in a bowl and loosen.
Break in the egg and mix.

Loosen the boiled udon noodles.
Pour the soup into the pot containing the udon noodles and crab sticks.
Add 3 and turn off the heat.
Wait until the eggs float to the surface.

器に4を入れる。
小ネギととろろ昆布を乗せて完成。
