- 明太子 : 1/4腹
- カニカマボコ : 4本
- 卵 : 1個
- 小ネギ : 1本
- とろろ昆布 : 適量
- 水 : 350g
- Soup : 1袋

Boil water in a pot, add udon and boil for 2 minutes.

Point
・The amount is for one person.
・I use a commercially available soup.
・When boiling the udon, do not loosen it immediately with chopsticks as it will cut the udon.
・Remove the mentaiko skin if you don't like it.
・If you don't have tsuyu, use mentsuyu or dashi stock instead.
