Ingredients
- powdered gelatin : 5g
- 水 : 30g
- (A) Chocolate : 100g
- (A) Milk : 250g
- (A) Granulated sugar : 45g
- 生クリーム : 200ml
- いちご : 200g
- (B) granulated sugar : 20g
- (B) lemon juice : 小さじ1

Procedure

Soak the powdered gelatin

Put powdered gelatin and water in a container and soak.

Heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add 1 and mix until the powdered gelatin dissolves.
Add fresh cream and mix.
Place in a container and mix with a blender. -
