Procedure

    鍋にお湯(分量外)を沸騰させ、平はるさめを入れて混ぜ、規定時間茹でる。

  4. 4) 薄焼き卵を作る 02:55

    フライパンに油(分量外)を引き、火にかける。
    温まったら、卵を入れ薄く焼く。
    焼き色がついたら、裏返す。
    両面焼けたら細切りにする。

  5. 5) 平はるさめをしめる 04:07

    茹で上がった3をザルにあけて、流水でしめる。
    水気を切る。

  6. 6) 盛り付ける 04:20

    お皿に平はるさめを盛り、2と4を乗せる。
    1を回しかけたら完成。
