- Pork loin (for tonkatsu) : 200g
- 塩 : 小さじ1/3

- (A)赤唐辛子(小口切り) : 小さじ1と1/2

Put (A) in a frying pan and fry over low heat.
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into 2 cm wide pieces.
When (A) becomes golden brown, fry while shaking.

Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Cut the pork loin into 2 cm cubes.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper to mix. -
