    玉ねぎを薄切りにし、ほぐしておく。
    ピーマンのヘタを取り、半分に切る。
    種、ワタの部分を取り除き、5mm幅に切る。

    ベーコンを1cm幅に切り、ほぐしておく。
    ソーセージを斜めに1cm幅に切る。
