- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ2
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Beet sugar : 大さじ1

Prepare the pumpkin

Remove pumpkin seeds and pulp.
Remove the stems and cut into 3cm cubes.
Scrape off the skin in one place. -

Add (A) and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Lower the heat to low and cover with a lid.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes.
