  • (A)無塩バター : 20g
  • (A)ダークチョコレート(60%) : 35g
  • (B)卵 : 1個
  • (B)砂糖 : 15g
  • (C)薄力粉 : 18g
  • (C)ココアパウダー : 3g

Procedure

  1. 1) 型の下準備をする 00:12

    型の内側に無塩バター(分量外)を塗る。
    型の内側に薄力粉をふるいながらまぶし、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。

  2. 2) 生地を作る 00:41

    Put (A) in a bowl, boil in hot water and dissolve while stirring.
    Put (B) in another bowl and dissolve.
    Add boiled (A) and mix.
    Add (C) while sifting, mix, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to half a day.

  3. 3) 焼く 03:06

    1に2を流し入れ、軽く落として空気を抜く。
    220度に予熱したオーブンで8~9分焼く。
    オーブンから取り出し、2~3分冷ます。
    型から外し、ココアパウダー(分量外)を振りお皿に盛って完成。

Point

・5cm×6cm×8cmの型を使用。
・ダークチョコレートはカカオ60~70%を使用すると香ばしく仕上がる。
・工程3は型の厚みや大きさによって焼き時間が異なるので、様子を見ながら調整をする。
・仕上げのココアパウダーは粉砂糖でも良い。
