  • Powdered agar : 6g
  • 砂糖 : 50g
  • キウイ : 1 piece
  • みかん : 3 pieces
  • フルーツ缶 : 2缶

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the fruit 00:20

    耐熱ボウルに牛乳200mlと粉寒天を入れ、泡だて器でよく混ぜる。
    500wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。
    泡だて器で素早く混ぜ合わせる。
    なめらかになったら砂糖を加え、よく混ぜる。
    別の耐熱ボウルに残りの牛乳を入れ、500wの電子レンジで1分加熱する。
    寒天生地に温めた牛乳を流し入れ、泡だて器でよく混ぜ合わせる。
    フルーツ缶のフルーツを入れて軽く混ぜる。

  3. 3) 冷やす 04:20

    タッパーの底と側面に、キウイとみかんを並べる。
    2を徐々に流し入れる。
    表面を軽く整え、ラップをする。
    冷蔵庫で3時間以上冷やしたら完成。

Point

・Heat the agar until it boils.
- Be careful not to add too much fruit as it will easily crumble.
・You can use kiwi and mandarin oranges or any other fruits you like.
-Kiwi fruit tends to crumble if sliced thickly, so it is best to slice it thinly.
- When pouring the agar batter into the Tupperware, be careful not to let the kiwi and mandarin oranges come off.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
