- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- 豚肉 : 80g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- にんにく : 1片
- 塩コショウ : 4振り
- ごはん : 1杯分
- ニラ : 1本
- 卵黄 : 1個
- ラー油 : 適量
