Ingredients
- Unsalted butter (for the dough) : 50g
- ホットケーキミックス : 100g
- 卵 : 1/2個(約25〜30g)
- (A) Unsalted butter : 大さじ3(30g)
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ3(約35g)
- (A) Milk : 大さじ2(約35g)
- (A)Honey : 大さじ2(約45g)
- アーモンドスライス : 80g

Put unsalted butter (for the dough) in a bowl and heat it in a 200W microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
Knead with a rubber spatula.
Add the pancake mix and mix in a cutting motion.
Beat the eggs and mix.
Place the dough on aluminum foil and cover with plastic wrap.
Flatten it, place it on a wet cloth, and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a 20cm square. -

Point
・Be careful when baking in the toaster as it can easily burn.

・If you like, you can use black tea bags to make the dough taste like black tea, or use instant coffee to make it taste like coffee.
