- 豚バラ肉 : 200g
- 塩 : 少々
- Sesame oil : 2 teaspoons
- 醤油 : 適量
- 白だし : 適量
- 日本酒 : 小さじ2〜大さじ1
- ご飯 : 適量
- 小ネギ : 適量

Flip over and bake for 1 minute.
