サラダ油(分量外)を回しかける。
卵を割り入れ、コショウを振りかけて強火にする。
端に焼き色がついたら中火にし、2を加えてアルミホイルを被せて10秒程度加熱する。
強火にしてタレが香ばしくなったら火からおろす。 -

Point
