- (B) Soy sauce : 50cc

- 酢 : 1/2 teaspoon
- ごま油 : 2 to 3 tablespoons
- 鷹の爪 : One

Wash the new burdock with a scrubbing brush, cut off both ends, and pound with a pestle while rolling.
Cut into 3-4cm width and put in a bowl.
Remove the muscles, bones, and excess skin from the chicken thighs and cut into bite-size pieces. -

Point
