Remove the sprouts from the new potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces with the skin on.
Place new potatoes in a heat-resistant bowl, soak in water (not listed), and remove bitterness for about 5 minutes.
Remove the core of the onion and thinly slice along the grain.
Cut the garlic cloves in half, remove the sprouts and mince.
Finely chop the parsley.
Cut thick-cut bacon into 1 cm width. -

Add olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and heat over medium-low heat.

Add (A), salt and pepper in that order, and stir-fry each time.
Arrange on a plate and top with parsley to finish.

・Wash new potatoes with water and wipe off the moisture before using.
・Thick-sliced bacon can be substituted with thinly-sliced bacon or sausage.
・After heating in the microwave in step 2, insert a bamboo skewer to check if it is soft.
・In step 2, if you heat too much, the shape will collapse, so be careful.
・When adding new potatoes in step 3, drain them well before adding them.
・After adding (A) in step 3, taste and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
