- broccoli : 1 strain (350g)
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ1

- water (for grilling) : 大さじ3
- (A) Shirodashi : 大さじ2
- (A) Water : 大さじ1
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Chicken bone soup base : 小さじ1
- かつおの削り節 : 1パック

Cut the broccoli into stalks and florets.
Make a cut in the stem of the bunch and break it by hand to divide it into florets.
Cut off the leaves and dirty parts of the stems and cut them into 5 mm to 1 cm squares. -

Point
・Broccoli should be finely divided into small florets so that the flavor can be absorbed easily.
・Check the hardness of the broccoli at the end of step 3. If it is hard, increase the heating time by about 1 minute.
・Mix 100-120g of grilled broccoli with 1 cup of rice, place in a heat-resistant container, top with cheese and bake to make a doria.
