Ingredients
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
- バター : 10g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- 塩 : ひとつまみ

- ツナ缶 : 1缶
- 水 : 350ml
- パスタ : 100g
- 塩昆布 : 5g
- めんつゆ(2倍濃縮) : 大さじ1
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- 水(差し水) : 大さじ1

下ごしらえをする

玉ねぎをみじん切りにする。
にんにくは芽を取り除いてからみじん切りにする。 -

Add the olive oil, the onion from Step 1, and salt to a frying pan, and heat over low heat until the onion turns brown.
When the onions are browned, add the garlic from step 1 and sauté over low heat until it turns brown.
It will burn easily, so add water and stir-fry to evaporate the moisture.
When it turns amber, add the canned tuna together with the juice.
Stir-fry while stirring to evaporate the moisture.
When the moisture evaporates, add water and boil over medium heat while scraping off any charred marks on the frying pan. -

水分が無くなたら火を止め、めんつゆ、マヨネーズを入れて和える。 -

Point
・Canned tuna can be pickled in oil or oil-free.
・Use thick 1.7 mm to 1.9 mm pasta so that the sauce can easily get entangled.
・New onions can be used.
・If you stir-fry the garlic together with the onions, the garlic will burn first, so stir-fry the onions first and then add the garlic.
・Frying the tuna removes the unique smell and brings out the umami.
・By adding salted kombu to the boiling water, you can make kelp soup stock and transfer the umami to the boiling water.
・Combining the umami component inosinic acid of canned tuna with the umami component glutamic acid of kombu seaweed enhances the umami and makes it more delicious.
・Even if you eat it with yuzu pepper or lemon juice, it's delicious.
