  • ラー油 : 適量
  • ごま : 適量
  • 小ねぎ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下ごしらえをする 03:08

    Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise and slice diagonally, leaving the seeds and stem intact.

    フライパンにごま油を敷き火にかけ、1の豚こま肉を入れ塩コショウを振り炒める。
    豚こま肉に火が通ったら、1の野菜を入れて炒める。
    全体に油が回ったら、にんにくと生姜をすりおろして加え(A)も入れて炒める。
    具材をフライパンの端に寄せ、水と酒を入れて沸かす。
    沸いたら馬鈴薯の春雨を入れて少し混ぜながら4分~5分煮込む。

  3. 3) 仕上げをする 08:29

    2を4分~5分煮込んだら、ごま、小ねぎを入れて、ラー油をかけて完成。

Point

・Vegetables other than onions can be substituted with other vegetables or mushrooms without changing the amount.
・If you don't use onions, you can substitute long onions.
Use potato vermicelli (made from potato starch) instead of mung bean vermicelli.
・Boil vermicelli as it is without pre-boiling.
