- (A) Rice vinegar : 大さじ1
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1

- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Ground sesame : 大さじ1と1/2

Place the okra on a cutting board, sprinkle with salt and rub it.
Rinse with water to remove salt.
