- king oyster mushroom : 1 bag
- 豚こま切れ肉 : 200g
- ニンニク : 1欠分
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A) sugar : 小さじ1と1/2
- (A) Sliced red pepper : 1つまみ
- 油 : 大さじ1
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ1

Cut the king oyster mushroom into strips about 3mm wide.
Cut the minced pork into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into thin slices. -

Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add minced pork and fry.
When the minced pork is 80% cooked, add king oyster mushrooms and fry.
When the king oyster mushrooms are cooked through, add 2 and fry.
Add black pepper and fry.
Add sesame oil. -
