- (A) Soy sauce : 1 and 1/2 tbsp

- (A) Mirin : 小さじ1
- (A) Liquor : 小さじ1
- (A) Umami seasoning : 3振り
- Shredded Nori Laver : 適量

Slice the chicken thighs. -

Grill the chicken thigh skin side down.
Flip and bake.
Mix (A) together and pour over the chicken thighs.

Point
・I use frozen rice.
・If you don't have lard, you can use salad oil instead.
