    フライパンに油を入れ、175度に温める。
    3に小麦粉を大さじ5入れて混ぜ合わせ、水分量を考慮して小麦粉を追加し混ぜる。
    フライパンに鶏もも肉を入れて揚げ、両面しっかりと揚げ色が付いて火が通ったら完成。
