- 椎茸 : 2個
- 春雨 : 30g

Prepare the ingredients

Peel the carrots and cut them into strips about 3mm wide.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into 1cm-wide pieces.
Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thin slices about 3mm wide.
Soak the vermicelli in boiling water (not listed in ingredients) for about 5 minutes, then drain. -
