Ingredients

  • potatoes : 2 pieces
  • (A)水 : 1L
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2
  • (A)塩 : 小さじ2
  • Macaroni (boiled for 8 minutes) : 50g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • きゅうり : 1/2本
  • 塩(塩もみ用) : 少々
  • 卵 : 1個
  • 酢 : 大さじ1/2~2
  • (B) mayonnaise : 大さじ4~5
  • (B) grain mustard : 小さじ1
  • 牛乳 : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Boil potatoes and macaroni 01:04

    Peel the potato skin and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Put (A) and potatoes in a pan and heat over high heat.
    When it boils, add macaroni (boiled for 8 minutes).
