  • Somen : 100g
  • (A) Gochujang : 小さじ2
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
  • (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
  • (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
  • (A) White sesame : 小さじ1
  • きゅうり : 1/3本
  • キムチ : 適量
  • 卵 : 1個
  • 糸唐辛子 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Make boiled eggs 01:45

    Add water (not included) to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt (not included in the recipe), add the eggs and cook for 8 minutes.
    Chill in ice water (not included in recipe) for 10 minutes.

    水気をよく切る。

    1の茹で卵の殻を剥き、糸で半分に切る。

  6. 6) 盛り付ける 06:25

    3のタレに、4のそうめんを入れてよく絡める。
    器に入れ、茹で卵、きゅうり、キムチ、糸唐辛子をトッピングしたら完成。

Point

-Adding oyster sauce gives it a rich flavor.
・We use rich cane sugar, but you can also use white sugar.
