  • (B)オリーブオイル(トッピング用) : 適量
  • (B)乾燥パセリ : 適量

    Wash tomatoes, cut in half, remove stems and slice thinly.

    合い挽き肉に塩コショウをして入れて、炒める。
    にんにくを加えて炒める。
    トマトを加えて炒める。
    (A)を加えて炒め、トマトの角がとれて水分が抜けたら火から下す。

  3. 3) 焼く 06:30

    天板の上にアルミホイルを敷き、2→ピザ用チーズの順に乗せる。
    トースターで8分焼いて焼き色が付いたら取り出す。
    (B)を上から振りかけたら完成。

Point

・If you cut tomatoes with a blunt knife, water will come out, so it is better to use a sharp knife.
・If you add the garlic first, it will burn before the minced meat is cooked through, so it is better to add it later.
・The synergistic effect of the umami seasoning and the inosinic acid of the minced meat creates a delicious finish.
