Ingredients

  • こんにゃく : 220g
  • Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
  • 顆粒コンソメ : 小さじ1と1/3
  • にんにく : 1片
  • ベーコン : 35g
  • 鷹の爪 : 1本
  • 酒 : 大さじ1
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量

    焼き色が付いたら、にんにくとベーコンを加えて炒める。
    にんにくとベーコンに焼き色が付いたら、鷹の爪を加えて炒める。
    酒を加えて炒め、アルコールが飛んだら火を止める。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 08:10

    お皿に盛り付け、乾燥パセリを振りかけたら完成。

Point

・Even if you don't need to remove the scum from the konnyaku, you can wash it with tap water to remove the smell.
・By frying the konjac and consommé granules first to remove the moisture, the flavor will permeate easily.
