    生地を炊飯器の内釜に移す。
    空気を抜き炊飯器に入れ蓋を閉じる。
    炊飯器で3回程炊く。
    炊いた後は爪楊枝を指し焼き加減を確認する。
    内釜から生地を取り外して完成。
