Put unsalted butter and sugar in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
Add cream cheese and mix.
Add egg yolk and mix.
Use a spatula to remove the dough from the sides of the bowl.
Sift in the cake flour and powdered milk.
Mix with a rubber spatula.

Place 1 on a baking sheet lined with a cooking sheet.
Put a cooking sheet on top and flatten the dough.
Roll out with a rolling pin.
Poke holes in the surface of the dough with a fork.
Apply egg wash (not listed).
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 18 minutes.

Remove 2 from the baking sheet and cool.
Cut to your desired size and you're done.
