- (A) Sesame oil : 2~3滴
- (A) Pepper : 適量
- (A) Sesame : 適量
- 水 : 大さじ16(240ml)

Add water and mix everything again. -

・You can substitute chili oil for sesame oil if you prefer.
・In the case of 3 times concentrated mentsuyu, change to water (15 and 1/2 tablespoons) and mentsuyu (2 and 1/2 tablespoons).
・In the case of double concentrated mentsuyu, change to water (12 tablespoons) and mentsuyu (4 tablespoons).
・For straight mentsuyu, change to water (10 tablespoons) and mentsuyu (4 tablespoons).
・Add onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, etc. to your liking.
