- 煮干し : 1つまみ(約10g)
- 大根 : 5cm(約200g)
- 油揚げ : 1枚
- 生姜 : 1かけ
- 味噌 : 大さじ1
- 青ネギ : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Place the radish on a flat surface.
Thinly slice the daikon radish and then cut into strips.
Cut the fried tofu in half and thinly slice. -

Add water, dried sardines, and 1 to a pot.
Grate the ginger and add it.
Cover with a lid and turn on the heat.
Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it rest.
Turn on the fire and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat, add miso and mix with a whisk.
Add green onions and complete.
Point
・Amount for 2 people.
・Use the radish with the skin on.
・Cut the radish so that the fibers are cut.
・You can replace the dried sardine stock with bonito stock.
・The amount of dried sardines is up to your preference.
・During step 2, you can bring out the flavor of the vegetables by turning off the heat and letting them rest.
・Do not let it boil once you add the miso.
