- (A)鶏がらスープの素 : 小さじ1
- (A)豆板醤 : 小さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2と1/2
- (A)水 : 350㏄
- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- カレールー : 2片
- 五香粉 : 適量

Peel the garlic cloves and mince them.
Also chop the onion. -

Add (A) and boil.
