    なすが堅い場合は、追加で1分加熱する。

Point

・めんつゆ、ごま油の代わりにポン酢や醤油を使用しても可。
・なすのガクの部分に包丁を上から刺し、なすを回してガクだけ切り落とすようにする。
・なすをラップで包み、電子レンジで温めることで、なすの水分で蒸し焼きにすることができてみずみずしく仕上がる。
・2の後に、氷水で冷やしてから水気を切り、冷やして食べることもできる。
