 - 牛乳 : 200ml(1パック)
 - 甘味料 : 大さじ3〜5
 - 抹茶 : 小さじ4(8g)
 - ゼラチン : 5g〜10g(1〜2袋)

Place silken tofu in a bowl and mash with a whisk.
Add the sweetener and mix to break down the silken tofu grains.
Mix with an electric whisk.
Add the matcha and mix with a whisk.
Cut the top off the milk carton and add the milk and mix.
Switch to a rubber spatula and mix.
Add gelatin to water (not included in recipe) and microwave for 20 to 40 seconds to soften.

・You can reduce the amount of matcha to your liking.
 - 5g of gelatin will make the mixture soft, and 10g will make it hard.
 -You can use a blender or mixer instead of an electric whisk.
