Ingredients
- Silken tofu : 150g (1 pack)
- 牛乳 : 200ml(1パック)
- 甘味料 : 大さじ3〜5
- 抹茶 : 小さじ4(8g)
- ゼラチン : 5g〜10g(1〜2袋)

Make the dough

Place silken tofu in a bowl and mash with a whisk.
Add the sweetener and mix to break down the silken tofu grains.
Mix with an electric whisk.
Add the matcha and mix with a whisk.
Cut the top off the milk carton and add the milk and mix.
Switch to a rubber spatula and mix.
Add gelatin to water (not included in recipe) and microwave for 20 to 40 seconds to soften.
Add the softened gelatin and mix. -

Point
- Taste the amount of sweetener after adding the milk and adjust to your liking.
・You can reduce the amount of matcha to your liking.
- 5g of gelatin will make the mixture soft, and 10g will make it hard.
-You can use a blender or mixer instead of an electric whisk.
-You can finish it off with some brown sugar syrup if you like.
