- cookie : 8 sheets
- 溶かし無塩バター : 25g
- ヨーグルト : 3個
- ホイップクリーム : 1袋
- 水 : 30cc
- 粉ゼラチン : 5g

Place cookies in bowl.
Crush it in the bottom of a cup until it becomes powdery.
Add the melted unsalted butter and mix with a rubber spatula.
Line the mold with parchment paper.
Add the bottom batter and press down with the bottom of a cup. -

Make the mousse dough

Place yogurt in a bowl.
Mix with a rubber spatula.
Add the whipped cream and mix.
Mix the water and powdered gelatin in a container, then add to the mousse mixture and mix quickly.
Pour into 1.
Remove the air and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. -
