にんにくは皮を剥き芽を取り除いて薄切りにする。
大葉は軸を切り落とし、食べやすい大きさに切る。 -

Point
・If you don't have garlic, you can leave it out.
・We use sake that does not contain salt.
・It is recommended to use miso that does not contain dashi.
・If you like a strong flavor, add a small amount of kneaded Chinese dashi to the miso sauce.
・You can use salad oil instead of sesame oil.
・At the end of step 3, add 2 tablespoons of water if the liquid is not enough.
・Peppers or fried eggs can be used instead of perilla.
・You can eat it with sesame, Japanese pepper, chili pepper, chili oil, etc.
